"A very beautiful place. The housekeeper was very friendly. Unfortunately, the communication didn't work as expected. We had to keep the windows in the room opened because it was hot, but the street it leads to is sometimes quite loud when a car passes by."

"I didn’t like the fact that reception is closed at 6 o’clock and being in a hotel I would have thought it would’ve been open longer. The bedrooms were tired and bathrooms could’ve done with decorating, Breakfast was very poor cost us €60 for two adults two small children had to ask for bread,butter,plates, coffee apple juice and milk was in cartons there was three pieces of streaky bacon well done and the scrambled egg have been in there for God knows how long.We was only allowed one hot...

"We spent one night here on our way to the north of France and it was very convenient, clean and comfortable. Parking is included, the rooms are air conditioned (we were there during a heatwave), everything is efficient and fuss free, the rooms are clean and it is around a 10 min drive to the center of Reims."

We chose this hotel specifically because of its location just off Avenue de Champagne, thus enabling us to walk to the champagne tasting we had booked. It has no restaurant on site but is only about a 15 minutes walk from the centre of town & a number of restaurants/bars and a 7 minute drive from one of the Champagne Museums. "Large room, but smelled like hospital. Located on top of elderly care home, very difficult to find location and reception. Very warm due to heat wave, complimatary water and ice cream was a nice gesture."
