The restaurant for breakfast and dinner is decked out in crisp white table cloths with smartly dressed waiters. Both the garden bar and the terrace at the front of the hotel with beautiful views across the bay are both lovely places to enjoy a drink. The outdoor pool looked good though we didn't use it. "Room was ready when we arrived. Check in process was easy. Staff were very helpful and attentive. They were able to help with any questions we asked. Breakfast was very good, large choice of dishes and and special requests were catered for. We didn't book a room with a beach view but were able to see this during breakfast and dinner in the terrace restaurant. Overall we were very happy with out stay."

"One of the most peaceful and quietest hotels I have stayed in. Very friendly staff from reception to the waiting staff. All professional and extremely courteous. Breakfast was that expected at a top restaurant ! We will return to this hotel for sure. "

There's a large patio and upper patio with comfortable seating where you can eat and drink and relax in this wonderful setting. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Food was delicious. Staff all friendly and helpful. There's a bus stop right outside so easy access into St Helier and Corbiere. I'd love to return."

"Very positive experience. Arrived in the morning due to early flight time and they checked us in and said they would look after our overnight bags until our room was ready. Then within 20 minutes they actually had allocated us a room at 9.00 am in the morning. The cafe in the hotel is very good and offered good options for breakfast, general eating and drinking. Staff friendly and helpful."

"Great location for access to bus station, taxis and the coast. Huge choice of good restaurants within walking. Very clean comfortable rooms and excellent staff. Good breakfast and plenty of bars to socialise in. Would definitely use again for a stay in Jersey."

"No air con & record temperatures made life very uncomfortable. Breakfast was excellent with good selection of hot & cold food, All staff were well trained & friendly & very helpful. Our main problem was our room was at the front corner of hotel overlooking a main road & roundabout,the traffic noise was really loud and did not subside until after midnight,the hotel was full until our final day so changing rooms was not an option."
