Très bon Acceuil téléphonique et physique. Réservation en ligne pour une nuit pour 1 journée de vtt au bike park des orres. Possibilité de déposer nos. Vélos au local ski sécurisé 👍👍. La chambre est bien, très bonne literie, salle de bain rénovée récemment. Les couloirs sont un peu vieillot... Mais bon. Le petit déjeuner est super !! Très copieux Baguette fraîche et très bonne, jambon cuit et cru, gruyère pancake, mini croissants, confiture Nutella..... Jus pomme orange, Pastèque fraîche... Et des machines à café avec du café en grains !!!! Top!! Du vrai café 😊. C'était très sympa pour un court séjour.

Personnel pas très chaleureux, et pas arrangeant notamment pour faciliter la prise de la chambre!! Pas de parking et obligation de se garer à l'autre bout de la station! Ascenseur pas adapte à la fréquentation de l’hôtel Chambre à rafraîchir, moisissures sur les murs, baignoire à remplacer, etc... Local a ski non desservi par l'ascenseur et pas d’accès directe sur l’extérieur. Taille de l’écran de tv ridicule Pour nuits consécutives, pas de remplacement de serviette de toilette!!!! Menu unique le soir a un tarif un peu élevé

Séjour de 2 nuits. Excellent accueil : crêpe offerte à l'arrivée. Personnel sympathique et avenant. Bon contact avec le directeur de l'établissement. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle : rénovée récemment il faut dire. Restauration convenable : petit déjeuner et dîner. Agréable séjour dans l'ensemble.

Chambre a 230 euros la nuit,eau de la douche impossible à gérer,température de la chambre trop haute mon enfants transpirer à grosses gouttes obliger d'ouvrir un peut la fenêtre en la calant avec une chaussure sinon c'est un sauna sinon éviter restaurant qualité des plats très très bonne mais trop d'attente pour avoir son assiettes . Service au top rien a dire autant les serveurs du restaurant que la femme de ménage ...
