"The stay was wonderful. There was a small mix up at check in. They offered us an upgrade for a modest up charge with the promise of a river view. We said yes and then had to wait a few minutes for the room. When we got to the room we had a view of tile roofs. We switched back to our original booking which ironically had a river view (which was gorgeous). "

"The stopper in the bathroom sink was broken. Staff was not able to fix it. Fortunately, we travel with a rubber stopper so we used that. The air conditioning could not be adjusted to accommodate the heat wave France was having during our visit. We stayed two nights and our used coffee cups were not replaced, nor were the instant coffee packets or paper drinking cups. For a hotel at this level, I would have expected glass drinking glasses."

"Staff was nice. It was a bit of chaos at breakfast. Groups were there so too many people went for breakfast at the same time. Overall good experience."

"Le personnel est sympa, les chambres sont propres et bien équipées, et l'hôtel est à moins de 10mins à pied du château. Par contre pour dormir c'est difficile à cause des fenêtres fines qui laissent passer tout le bruit, le lit et oreillers sont dures, et les rideaux laissent passer de la lumière. Finalement, l'annonce n'indique pas la tarif supplémentaire et réservation nécessaire pour le parking. "

"I had chosen this hotel as it was close to the train station and was one of the few in Blois that had an elevator. When I arrived, I was informed the elevator was out of service (and apparently there was no plan to have it repaired.) I asked if the Hotel St. Jacques which was a few buildings away had an elevator, and the receptionist grudgingly called them. Well, they, too, have an elevator, but it was not working because the "group" was remodeling the hotel. My room was small and at the...

"This hotel is located a bit outside of Blois in a rather commercial area, and thus had limited options for dining. We went in to town to do so and look at the Chateau. The room is your basic chain room. I would not hesitate to stay the night there again while traveling through, though it i not the place for multiple nights if you plan to stay in the room."

"The hotel was comfortable and security of vehicles overnight superb. The hotel lights the car park up like Las Vegas at midnight and secures the complex via electronic gates. The reception staff are second to none and so helpful. "
