"Wonderful Stay ! I loved my stay! The breakfast was excellent. My dad and I booked a twin room on the top floor – it was spacious, nicely decorated, and had a lovely bathroom. The building's exterior is charming as well. The location was super convenient, just a 2-minute walk from the Palais des Congrès, which was perfect for the Scrabble competition. The male waiters and reception employee had an arrogant attitude, although everyone was polite. I speak fluently French but with an accent, maybe that was the reason. "Small city hotel with very clean room, bathroom, and comfortable bed. Exquisite breakfast room with great charm and excellent buffet items of high quality. Inconvenient for parking at hotel, although a public carpark is within 5 minutes walking at basement of nearby commercial center. Hotel is centrally located, a block from the heart of downtown, and not far from the main sights of Vichy, including the "sources", the Opera House, and main shopping streets. "

"Appartement très bien décoré, fonctionnel, calme et prope. Plusieurs attentions sont présentes, entre bouteille d'eau, produits de toilettes et café/thé. La communication est excellente. Petit point qui pourrait poser problème à certains, il est au 3ème et dernier étage sans ascenseur. Par rapport aux prestations le prix est peu élevé. Un grand merci pour cette paranthèse agréable."
