"Nice hotel, allowed early check in however our room (310) the hot water didn’t work in the shower and the phone in the room also did not work so had to go to reception to get room service. Informed the front desk about the phone but nothing was done prior to us checking out. Told them again at checkout and was offered a coffee and breakfast however we were leaving immediately after checking out to catch our flight."

"I slipped in the parking garage that I learned was not necessary to pay for because there’s free parking behind the hotel. Plus the narrow entry to the garage is scary when driving even a small car. I’m upset that I paid €22 for parking… and the floor was so slippery (and it was dry and so were my shoes).
