"Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences of our trip to Spain. The hotel knew we were celebrating our honeymoon and a birthday, making it even more disappointing.
From check-in, the front desk employee was dismissive and unfriendly, making us feel unwelcome. We also weren’t told that the gym required reservations. When I went to use it, it was fully booked. Another couple told us they had been informed of this at check-in.

"What I liked the most of this hotel was the attitude of every staff member there. From the moment we checked in until we left, they were all very helpful and friendly. They always had a smile. They made us feel very welcome.
The hotel is great, clean, modern, the location is really good. Lots of things to do, lots of restaurants nearby.
