"15 minute walk into Avignon and about the same into Villeneuve. Everyone probably knows about Avignon but Villeneuve is the nicer and quieter location to spend an evening with many top class restaurants - try Flo's! The property is basic but provides a good breakfast and an excellent roof top area for panoramic views and chilling outside. Some of the rooms are very small but we were luckily offered a free upgrade. A rail line runs next to the property and so could disturb if you are a lighter...

"Charmed by Hotel de Charme! This lovely, lovely family owned hotel has to be one on the most beautiful we have ever stayed in. On arrival, we were greeted with warmth and given room to store our bicycles in the lobby! Too kind. We were then treated to a tour of the rooms by one of the family, each is a different, beautifully decorated jewel in this grand old building. We were in awe of all the work that has been done. "Vi stannade en natt på hotellet när vi var på genomresa, vi hade även med vår hund. Personalen var supertrevlig och tillmötesgående och vår hund var välkommen både på hotellet samt i restaurangen. Vi beställde en 4-rätters meny på kvällen tillsammans med olika viner, och allt va supergott med suverän service. Inget saknades heller på frukosten, vi kryssade i en önskelista och blev serverade allt vi önskade vid bordet lagat för oss."
