"We were never helped with the luggage to begin with. At the time of our arrival the entire corridor was being cleaned to it made it hard to get access to our room. Paris was going through an extreme heat wave yet the room temperature and acs didnt seem to work. On the last night we lost power in the night a were abruptly awaken drenched in sweat. "I have to leave this hotel before my actual checkout because the AC wasn’t working in my room at +80 degrees in the summer and when I went downstairs and told them because I needed to wash and blow dry my hair, they gave me a fan that didn’t fix anything.
In addition to that in the AM after I wash my face and took face towel to dry it, it smells like vomit n was so gross I had to wash my face again.

"The air conditioning was brilliant and so necessary given the heat wave! The lounge with free drinks and water provided a haven from the heat and the hotel was just so well situated - an easy walk to the Arc de Triomphe and in a great neighbourhood. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast, while relatively basic, was good. I absolutely loved my stay!"

"Perfect location. It was nice to have AC during a historic heatwave and a beautiful balcony.
I would have rated this entire stay higher if we didn’t have to deal with Lynda. Ultimately, there was miscommunication with her. Instead of acting professional, she argued and then refused to help out when I left an item. With that said, every other staff member was wonderful.

"Great location easy to walk to everywhere in Montmare and metro stations. Clean and spacious (For Paris) rooms at a good price. AC during the heat wave was a life saver and the room was very comfortable. We were a bit nervous being on the first floor next to the elevator but the room was very quiet and we slept great. "Although the room was small which is typical for European hotels, the bathroom was a nice size and the AC worked perfectly during the heat wave. The front desk was very helpful whether helping you find transportation, suggesting a meal, or just having a friendly conversation. They all spoke some English which helped with communication barriers. The snacks/drinks in the afternoon/evening were a nice bonus! Located in the heart of town so most things were within walking distance."
