"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le principe de loger dans une résidence seniors, c est une très bonne idée de mélanger les touristes avec les résidents. L appartement était très propre, fonctionnel, avec une terrasse. Aucun bruit dans la résidence. Possibilité de déjeuner sur place au restaurant de la résidence. Proche du RER et du Centre ville. Nous recommandons vivement ZENAO."

"My little dog and I have stayed at this palace five times in the past few months while my pup Underwent medical treatment at the nearby l’ENVA. Zenao is fabulous. Spanking new, well equipped suites and great staff and residents. The location is perfect for the train to Paris and to airports and shopping locally is very high quality.
The one alert is that there is no sign on the building indicating it is the Zenao hotel since the hotel is housed in STELLA savior residences. Go by the address,...

"The room itself was very nice. Spacious and clean. Our issue was the AC did not work for almost 2 days during our stay with 100+ degree weather outside. We could not even sleep it was so hot and drowning in sweat. When we would call reception about it they seemed irritated at us just for calling about the situation which left us feeling frustrated and disregarded.
