"Beautiful traditional Italian interior design. Convenintly located on the Prague Castle side of the Danube, the area seemed less busy with easy access to numerous shops and restaurants. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant with a gorgeous view of the city. It also hosts the CODA toprated restaurant. There is a music library with numerous recordings and music litterature. We came here because Fairmont Golden Prague could not extend our stay there and are now very happy for the experience."

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was close to a number attractions, restaurants and railway system. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommended visiting Prague and definitely recommend staying at the Domus Balthasar."

"The apartment was in an excellent position for all of Prague's tourist attractions. A 2 minute walk to Charles Bridge and onward to the old town. It is at the bottom of the hill to go to the Cathedral. A large well equipped apartment which is air conditioned. Be aware that it is situated in a tourist area so in the early morning you can sometimes hear the cleaning going on in the street. Staff were excellent. We arrived outside the reception time and clear instructions left for easy access. Well...

"The air conditioning was not turned on even though it was 30 Celsius outside. When we asked about it we were told it hadn’t been turned on yet and it was up to the manager to decide if it was hot enough. Our room was on the third floor - heat rises - it was too hot to sleep. The hotel has one side where there is no elevator access. The hotel description says it has an elevator. We would not have booked here if we knew we had to use stairs. Our bathroom did not have a proper shower. It...

"Wonderful hotel in the best part of Prague, in a quiet and secure area near Parliament, Prague Castle, the Monastery and the Tower. Short walk from hotel to restaurants with amazing views of the city and short walk to pedestrian bridge into the Old Town. Breakfast was included in our stay and was wonderful, accommodations were spacious and clean. Hands down the best place to stay in Prague!"

"Place was close to most of the main attractions. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit. We appreciated the service of having a taxi driver picking us up directly from the airport. The driver was very friendly and extremely helpful with local restaurant recommendations. Only issue was water leaking out of the shower, soaking the mat excessively."
