"Thank you for another fantastic stay at The Bear Hotel. This year our room was in the main building. It was cosy, modern, comfortable and clean. The hotel itself is very interesting and quirky. Definitely worth a visit. "

"I had never stayed in a room above a Public House but I was amazed just how good the Staff made me feel. I was escorted to a lovely clean room with excellent facilities. I soon realised that the owners took personal control of guest relations when I requested extra warm bedding, it was delivered to my room by one of the co-owners, in person! "A very refined country hotel, fine dining was excellent quality. Vey helpful and friendly staff. Away from the hustle and bustle . An very well stocked bar with good wines and an extensive whisky selection.
