"The bathtub was slippery and the tap was tight. I slipped and fell when trying to fix the tap and cracked a rib. The hotel just sent a bath tub mat but offered no compensation for the medical treatment i underwent in urgebnt care. They offered to fix the tap and probably fixed it."

"Loved the cleanliness and the city views from up high were very good. Location excellent. The only downside is that it didn’t really feel like a hotel. It had a small bar, restaurant etc but no real feeling of a ‘centre’. Wasn’t a problem for us, but if you want somewhere with a bit more soul then look elsewhere"

"Had booked a suite, told room would not be ready until 3pm, not a problem. Upon return at 3 told room was being checked by manager and to have a seat in lobby and would be notified as soon as available. Waited half hour upon returning to desk told room now ready. Questioned how long I would have waited before let me know. Told hotel manager would call me, of course he never did"
