"Great location, amenities, and staff. However, the room temperature was difficult to control during our winter stay (−25 °C outside). The room was quite cold from about 6–10 pm despite setting the thermostat to 75–80 °F, then became very hot later in the night. Likely a more comfortable stay in warmer weather, hopefully..

"Château Frontenac was amazing! The staff is friendly, professional, attentive and very helpful.
The location is perfect for exploring old city, Quebec. Our room was fabulous.
When we return to Quebec, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else."

"Stayed here for a week in Dec. and got to know this place well.
The good: It’s in a quiet area and the bedroom is very dark, so easy to get a good sleep. Great shower, kitchen amenities, and a solid living area. The place was quite clean and spacious.
The so-so: Instead of a duvet cover, the duvet was sandwiched between two top-sheets so it was difficult to keep it covered. In winter, the baseboard heating struggled to get above 20-21c. The apartment is located in Old Québec near a few...

"What a beautiful hotel close to everything. Rooms are very clean and staff is so helpful with everything. I just love their breakfast in a basket that is ready and hanging on your door when you wake up. Also the complimentary unlimited cappuccinos and lattes was amazing!! Highly recommend this hotel. "
