I get up to the room and it doesn’t have a roll in shower. I go back down and tell her and she had no idea if any of the rooms have a room in shower."

"The Watford was like an oasis in the desert of motel rooms in the price range. It felt like pure luxury to be greeted with warm cookies in the lobby and cucumber water. The staff could not have been nicer. The room was very well appointed and comfortable. Everything was spotless and well maintained. I would stay there again and even drive a little bit if I had to to get there."
