"Enjoyed our stay and will return"

"The inn was super nice and the staff extremely helpful, but there was no air conditioning and the fan basically didn’t work. I had just assumed all inns would have ac and booked this one for our stay in July. It was far too warm and since the room was ground level near a busy road we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our window open while we slept."

"This was a perfect home base for exploring the Long Beach area. They pack so much into these small units, and I appreciated the thoughtful details and how spacious it felt. The care put into the property was evident and the staff were responsive and top notch! A great value."

"Great location, helpful staff, comfortable beds, nice bathroom/shower layout. Hotel is well-maintained and clean. Close proximity to several EV charging stations. The pool and sauna were amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet (even had vegan options), and the infused waters. I would definitely stay there again!"

"The advertisement was false regarding the ocean view. There was none! The noise level was horrific, the balcony was dirty and on the highway, the shower was not fun, the bed was uncomfortable, there was no AC, and the linings were nice yet impossible to regulate, as we were either cold of sweating! "This is a well-maintained older hotel in downtown Astoria. We stayed in a room with a private bath and shower. It was lovely, with large double-hung windows that provided lots of light and opened to provide a cross-breeze at night and a view of downtown. The staff was really responsive and very helpful in offering suggestions for restaurants and how to navigate the downtown parking rules. The hotel is dog -friendly, for real. "The view of the Astoria bridge & barge traffic was by far the best part of the stay! The room was not clean upon arrival — build up in the sink, dirty floor, spider webs on ceiling, beds not made well, linens were not replenished upon request, garbage was not disposed of upon request, routine cleaning was not performed, garbage can was left on the counter top multiple days. The breakfast was always empty & staff were rude when asked if more was being supplied in the middle of the breakfast...

"I recently stayed at this property, having visited many times when it was a Comfort Suites. Since the takeover by Best Western, I noticed that the rooms have been beautifully remodeled and were spotlessly clean. The free breakfast was a fantastic perk that really started my day off right. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked inviting and well-maintained.
