"The hotel is stuck in the 70s and 80s. That includes breakfast and rooms. It could use lots of upgrades. But the rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was helpful. Location was good, close to downtown Astoria. Hotel overpriced for the condition it’s in."

"Overall we had a pretty good stay and the price made it a good value. We were there 1 night during a relatively rare heatwave and the lack of AC made the room very warm, even with a fan and an open window. There was some mold/mildew in the window sill in the bathroom, but overall a pretty clean property in a decent location. The light breakfast was surprisingly good with coffee options, homemade muffins, and fruit available. We would consider staying here again."

"This property is the place to stay in Astoria! We stayed in the Ice House Suite and it was perfection. The staff is so friendly and helpful as well. We will return and stay in the suite again. Just a beautiful property on the Columbia, view of Astoria Bridge and a platform on site for the sea lions to rest if you enjoy sea life. The views were breathtaking!"

"We stayed while it was being renovated. Not what we thought it was going to be when we arrived but is going to be super cute after the renovation. Just wish I knew hot tub was out of use before we booked it."
