"First there were people sitting around outside and there was trash on the ground. The lady at the counter didn’t say hello, welcome or anything. She had an AirPod in and was actively on a call while checking me in. Property has no ice machine or in room coffee machine. During inspection, a baby roach crawled into the outlet and the sink ran water all over the counter when I turned it on. I later found out that people live there. Horrible experience! Not to mention, no breakfast. The toilet is so...
