The motel was very nice and clean. The room was clean and everything was well kept. I loved the towels, they were big and soft. It is a little out in the country, about 2 or 3 miles from the village of Lexington. The kitchen was handy but I never really cooked in it. On my next trip to NC I will be happy to stay there again.

Too much went wrong. Had to be relocated to a smaller unit due to other guest with barking dogs...not sure why the offending guests weren't moved instead. Came back to room the next night, key no longer worked, couldn't get anyone on the phone at managers office, had to leave message Expedia no help, no answer when I called. Bed mattress not comfortable. Toiletries were not available in first assigned unit. All in all, disappointed.

This worked for me for the event I was attending. I appreciated the late night unattended access to the room. Everything was in order. While it wasn't very close to the property I was visiting it wasn't very far away. Due to my check-in and out dates, I did not meet any of the staff.

Not fancy but a good place to stretch out!
We use this place whenever we are in town doing a local show. Always clean and comfortable and easy to work with! Great to stretch out after a long working day!

The suite was clean and comfortable. Never meet any of the staff. My keys were waiting in an envelope at the mail basket at 3:45 pm on a Saturday. Kind of weird but I would stay there again. It is located in a light industrial area about 7 minutes from downtown Lexington.

Good size room & fridge. Quiet. Tight parking in Lot. No breakfast. Uncomfortable couch. Office closes at 7pm. This is a motel w/ limited number of rooms, all of which appear to be smoking as there are butt buckets outside rooms.

Decent place for the money.
Check In was easy and fast. Just note the office is only open until 7pm so if you arrive after that, you need to call ahead to make arrangements. The office smelled of heavy, old cigarette smell. The room was clean and smelled good. However, we did kill 2 roaches during our stay, WiFi signal sucked in the bedroom.

Property Manager was Awesome. I was in town for business and she called me to make sure what time I'd be arriving and even left the key for me when I thought I'd be later. I will definitely stay there again. Suite was roomy, clean and quiet surroundings. I would recommend Affordable Suites to anyone on business trips.

No frills, great value.
You won't get a pool, continental breakfast, exercise room, etc., and the front desk closes at 7pm (emergency phone number provided), but you won't pay for those things either. What they offer is a large and comfortable suite: living room/kitchen combo with full-sized kitchen appliances, and a bathroom down your hallway which leads to a separate bedroom. The interior is not fancy but it's clean, and the staff are super-friendly and helpful.

A Weekend Getaway
I was pleasantly surprised once inside, it's more of an apartment than a hotel room. The staff was super sweet and I will definitely stay here again. I did not have cell service inside the room but it was not a deal breaker

Outstanding Value
We have been continuously traveling since September and this was the best hotel experience to date. That this property only has a 3.7 out of 5 rating baffles me. Everything about this place was more than we ever expected for the rate. It was a small one bedroom apartment for less than the price of a Holiday Inn and much preferred. Very clean, very attractive. We loved it. Wish there was one in every city. The ONLY criticism... we would have like another couple of pillows. Great job! THANK YOU!

Hotel close to Lexington Barbeque Festival
Clean room and excellent manager who also does the cleaning. Was a little noisy in parking lot and in the room next door. Also, it really needed to be sprayed for roaches.

Nice Place to Stay
The Hotel is a little off the beaten path, and as such a little harder to find. The location is quiet and secure, making it restful if you're staying here while on an extended working visit. Because of the location, expect to either eat in the nicely equipped kitchen in the room, or do some driving to find a restaurant. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making this a very good place to stay on a budget.
