We knew this hotel had low ratings and there are reasons for this. Overall our room was great. But we had towels with spots in them. The pool was great. The continental breakfast appears to be first come first serve. We got there about an hour and a half after it opened and there was very little food left. This property does seem to be doing good things to improve the property. The foyer and the dining room were very nice. Essentially you get what you pay for here. What else could you expect?

Check-in was seamless, the room was clean and comfortable. We were passing through and decided to stop for the night. The price couldn't be beat. We would definitely stay again!

Where should I start? The hotel was basically empty but they would not let me check in until exactly 3 PM. The hallways smelled like smoke and just very dirty. The rooms were very filthy. I had on a brand new pair of socks that were black underneath after just walking back-and-forth to the bathroom. I wonder if the floor had ever been properly mopped? They advertise that they have breakfast. However, when I went down to eat, I made a cup of cold coffee; there was cereal with no milk, waffle mix and bread to make toast but no butter/jelly, and ONE rotten banana as fruit! So disapppointed. This was parent weekend so I thought they would be prepared to welcome guests. Think twice before booking this cheap nasty hotel.

I was amazed at how clean the room was, it appeared to have been recently renovated. There were a couple of things that needed attention. YES we would stay there again.

No clean bedding. No lights in bay room No wash cloths only two towels. Curtains in shower falling off. No hand towels. Front desk wouldn’t check us in unless we went online to book. Got there at 2 and told us we had to come back at 3. Service was bad. We stay couple months ago and seem to same. Also water leaks everywhere thru out building

The front lobby was clean but that was about it. We only had 2 towels in room and no wash clothes. the hallway had a body odor smell. and the worst our toilet stopped up!!

It’s fine for just sleeping. No soap, shampoo, conditioner, or coffee in the room. Staff were friendly enough. Would I ever stay there again-probably not

The property has become a residential hotel. And because of this you kinda get a certain type of people. Just saying. And it’s run down and out dated. Pool and hot tub area didn’t look inviting.

If you want bedbugs and bad service. This is the place for you. My family and I travel often and this is the worst place we stayed in. regret it but stayed because It was all.money we can spent at that moment and had wished I would have made the appointment not left it for my husband. Cheap doesn't mean you get worst. Man please dont gwt this place wife will be upset.

I think they are in the process of remodeling or something. Construction supplies were randomly over the hotel. There were no pool towels. Or extra towels. Room was over all clean.

The sheets were stained which to me is the main thing I really want to be clean since I needed to get some rest. There were hairs on the tub and the tub/shower was very gross. Front desk staff was very nice but overall the place was less than satisfactory.
