"Clean, accessible room did not disappoint"

"I really enjoyed my stay here with the exception of the family above me were stomping and making so much noise that it sounded like a WWE match going on. It was happening at early mornings and late nights. Like, I literally did not get much rest. I drove 6 1/2 hours and wanted some rest and relaxation but that didn’t happen. "The elevators were broken, the fire alarm went off twice in one day, the TVs were not working, the suite door was very difficult to close, it didn’t come with sheets or pillows or blankets for the pullout couch and didn’t have enough towels, and at breakfast, there were no plates or bowls. From beginning to end, there was something majorly wrong with each part of our stay."

"Elevator was broken. Vending machine wouldn’t work. Very tiny rooms. Blinds in the window didn’t help. There was an outdoor light right outside our window and even with the blinds fully closed the room was lit up very bright at night. Decent breakfast in the morning. Would not stay here again."

"The first thing I noticed was the ample parking. Next, I was greeted by staff and noticed how clean the facility was. My room was in great condition and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. My only complaint was the shower/tub. I had my two little girls with me, they still take baths. When I went to run their baths, the spout was loose and the shower was leaking as I attempted to run their bath. Other than that I enjoyed the facility, staff, and pool area as well"
