"Nice property. One of the two rooms wasn't cleaned properly. In the morning, the cleaning staff opened the room door to clean with do not disturb sign hanging. No bedside lighting. "

"Super convenient for UGA. Rooms are small; bathrooms are tiny; but all up to date. I booked two adults, but UGA Daughter decided to stay with us and I listed that (in writing) at front desk…would have been classy IF check-in provided 3 comp breakfast vouchers; but that didn’t happen. Also I detest plastic trough and utensils for a meal, but that’s how breakfast is served—expected better. Would I stay again-yes; but doubtful I seek it out. Also, I like clear instructions. Parking was free in the tiered garage, but there is a tkt machine and gate—which was up…but it took a minute to process—desk should’ve clearly said…‘don’t mind the tkt machine or the gate—just proceed past the open gate to any open parking space—a small but helpful detail for 1st time visitor.."

"Restaurant was booked with a lot of non hotel guests. We could not get a reservation. So we ate outside on patio. Food was very good and server was personal and knowledgeable but disappeared and then someone else picked up the service but was not good. "

"I’m sorry but this hotel is a dump it smells of old carpet I had no hot water in the shower and it’s in a questionable area. I would not recommend this place at all."

"Staff did not clean room or provide towels the second day of a 3 day stay. Lower area not to my standards for a Best Western but I don't know anything about tower rooms. Parking is minimal and difficult to acquire if late returning. Breakfast was definitely of low standards with minimal selections. No breakfast available last morning at 0800 on April 20,2026, no coffee, nothing."

"Need was clean and AC worked great. I was traveling alone for a work trip and felt very safe. The desk was dirty with dried food and handprints on the glass, and the toilet was dirty. There was hair and dried urine behind the toilet seat, and the shampoo and conditioner were half used. "
