"It was a short one-night visit to Lexington where we have been before. The room was spacious but was still being remodeled so the bath fixture was not completely installed and paint spots on the floor in bathroom. Otherwise, it was a very spacious and quiet room. There was a convention of sorts going on, so the parking lot was full. Many roads around Lexington were under construction and we did get a piece of metal in our tire, but fortunately there was a Mercedes dealership in the area to handle our misfortune in a timely manner as there was a major storm coming and we were trying to get ahead of it on our way to Asheville, NC. The staff were very helpful in providing restaurant advice and access to the interstate. The updated interior is very cheerful and clean."
