"The Putney Inn served its purpose. The place is quiet, very close to I-91, and well maintained. Putney is a cute little New England town, but restaurants are very limited. The rooms were fine, breakfast was basic but adequate, and overall, we had a good stay."

"The way B&B's used to be with innkeepers who liked to interact with the vacationers; with a home cooked breakfast(s) that was near perfect (not boiled eggs and cold cereal); and with accommodations that were clean and comfortable. we will be back!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the historic Latchis Hotel. You really get the feeling of stepping back in time. The staff were very helpful and provided recommendations on places to eat besides just checking us in. The room was fine and the working record player with records was a nice touch. Parking is about a half block away behind the hotel. Make sure you see the historic Latchis Theater’s main room. It is really amazing and will definitely take you back in time."
