Einzigartige Lage direkt am See, der Blick aus dem Fenster, vom Balkon herrlich über das Wasser und der gegenüber liegenden Seeseite. Ein kleiner hübscher Ort in der Nähe zu Bellagio.

This place is a little oasis on lake como. My husband and I booked this place on a whim because our other bed and breakfast was booked for the weekend. Costa our host was incredible. He was so welcoming and kind, and upgraded my husband, dog and I to the larger suite with a kitchen and two balconies. Costa was an incredible host. There is kayaking available on site, full bar and delicious breakfast in the morning from 8-10. This place is a must to stay. You are literally on lake como with beach access. Also, on site is beautiful large patio area with lounge chairs and a terrace you can coffee/ drinks. There are delicious restaurants walking distance or you can head into bellagio if you would like to have more options. But honestly you can’t go wrong. The only thing that I would recommend for people is that if you have balance, or mobility issues then I would bring a cane to walk. Lots of stairs. My husband and I will be definitely coming back here.

Beautiful BnB right on the lake front. Easy access to swimming, great breakfast, good room, and really lovely owner. Would highly recommend.

B&B was right on the lake: Small,quiet place with wonderful host Constantino, who was most gracious & helpful. Central location on lake between Bellagio and Como so easy to drive to each and Lugano. Or take ferry for scenic views. Mountain roads VERY NARROW so go cautiously! Lovely local restaurant & Mini grocery store with in walking distance. Locals very friendly. Free parking.

Poor experience

Sadly we weren't provided with the room we booked. Making maters worse the heating didn't work in the lounge and the power went off for 2 hours on our final day so we packed up and left. The property was in a great location and I am sure the apartment would have been perfect in the summer....

The view & location was lovely. We were disappointed the unit was not equipped with a functioning mocha and would have appreciated the host ensuring the unit had some common items like paper towel, oil, coffee, a clothes drying rack (when there is a washing machine) which we have had in various other Italian apartments).

Excellent location for visiting Bellagio, Varenna and other sites by ferry (8 min walk to dock). Beautiful view of Lake Como - directly on the lake. Wonderful hosts!

Softest bed we’ve had all trip! We loved this super cute b&b. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Close to everything you need and just a short bus ride to bellagio. It was perfect!! 10/10!

Loved the charm and the incredible views!Tino and his family were just lovely. Their Stone House restaurant was fabulous. Highly recommend. The only downside would be that breakfast is not included. Since this is a wonderful B and B I think that breakfast should be included. Other than the Nest is fantastic!

There’s no doubt the property is in a beautiful location but the cleanliness of the property was not the best cobwebs everywhere and there was a bad musty smell which was due to a dirty sponge under the sink! It was my birthday and my husband had put banners up on doing so lots of dead mosquitos fell from behind the pictures! As for mosquitoes we were bitten by loads because there was no AIR CONDITIONING as advertised??? It was so hot we had no choice but to leave the doors and windows open. If you don’t mind being bitten and having no air con there this would be a lovely place to stay!!

Schitterende ligging. Heerlijk rustig. Mooie tuin met een aantal ligbedden. Aan een kiezelstrand. Wij verbleven in appartement op de bovenste verdieping. Prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Een aanrader!

Nest on the Lake is a great place to stay.

Lake Como is a must when touring Italy. Although we are there early April it is extremely special. One of most beautiful places in world. Near Bellagio without Belagio prices Nest on Lake is very nice.. Every room overlooks lake. Not for physically challenged as there are many steps. P

Great location, superb views, lovely room, fantastic breakfast's. The owner's are very friendly and could not do enough for us. The owner's wife is a talented baker. Even though we were there out of season we were well catered for in the area. Only minus are the steps down to the entrance but we were on the side of a mountain in a very old property and soon got used to them. We would certainly return.
