"Very nice hotel with great staff, but English is barely spoken by one person at the front desk. If you don't speak Chinese, you'll have a tough time, but you can get by with a translator. Conveniently located to dining and a couple of tourist attractions. Breakfast buffet included a good variety of western and Chinese choices. "The staff are incredibly friendly, approachable, and accommodating. The variety of food and local options are substantial. Free electric vehicles available to zip around. Wonderful hiking options and a view to come back to. One thing I would recommend against is letting someone else do your personal laundry. My clothes came back damp and I don't think they used laundry detergent. Otherwise, this is a stop I plan to make again annually!"
