"HORRIBLE place and HORRIBLE customer service! When we arrived, the desk clerk was talking on her cell phone. She saw us and did not end her call or acknowledge us for approximately 15 minutes. We requested a handicap accessible room; however, we were assigned a 2nd floor room and there are NO elevators. We asked for any room available on the 1st floor...because I would not be able to carry my husband up and down the stairs! They claimed not to have any available and refused a refund. We booked through Expedia and the hotel desk clerk claimed to have no ability to refund us.We had book another hotel; which was probably for the best by the the look of this one! Take my warning and book elsewhere!"

"Nice, very clean hotel. Comfortable room, a restaurant on site that had good choices at reasonable prices. We were happy with the food. Nice basic breakfast bar with numerous options. Front desk staff attentive and very welcoming. Smaller, clean and friendly casino attached. Big parking lot, and felt very safe at this location. "

"The rooms in this no-frills motel have been renovated. We found the room pleasant and comfortable. The bed was a little hard, which helped my back but may not be suitable for everyone. The front-desk staff are great. Thank you!"

"All I can say is OH MY! After moving 2 times, we finally located a room with blankets. We were attending a rodeo and there were no other rooms in town, or we would have selected a different place to sleep. My mother-in-law, who is 90, got bit by something on her hand. I got bit on my finger during the night. The staff couldn't have been nicer, but their hands are tied."
