Staff was great beds were ok. You could see people walking by through the crack in the door. You had to lock yourself in the room with the key. Food was not very good. Same thing every day. Occidental Papagayo - Adults Only - All inclusive
Lovely quiet resort, beach ok but not amazing. Reasonable range of activities but not extensive. Our biggest issue was the lack of shade around the pools
