"The bedroom area was nice, updated, and clean. The bathroom needed some work: hole in the wall, outlets that didn’t work, countertop that was not fully wiped to get rid of soap rings, some regrouping needed, faucet for sink difficult to get “medium” flow, no drain stopper. But I will say that the water pressure for the shower was the best I’ve ever experienced. It could almost knock you over!
We were directed to go to Entrance 1 for our room but markings on awning were faded and you couldn’t...

"The front desk was very helpful when I called prior to arrival. The property was clean but needs some tender loving care. There were weeds out front and high grass. Breakfast was good."

"Very disappointing experience. My daughter almost slipped into the pool because the railing was loose, creating a serious safety hazard. We brought this to the hotel’s attention, but no refund or compensation was offered.
There was also very limited seating by the pool, the hallways had a strong odor, and the location did not feel safe. Due to these concerns, we chose not to stay and left the property. I would not recommend this hotel."

"The front hotel staff was completely rude and told us we had to walk ALL THE WAY AROUND the hotel to get to the casino when there was a hallway connecting the 2. My mom had to walk down a hill because he was rude and didn’t even tell us where to go or what direction our room was. I won’t be going back."
