"Really nice hotel. Stayed for only one night but had food and drink in the restaurant. Order burgers but steaks came out, staff were very helpful to rectify the order. The desert ordered however took an age to come out. Minor issue with the plug in the sink being broken and the temperature was warm and the room lacked Air con so it was a warm night. All in all though it was a positive and I would stay again."

It’s important to remember that this is a small business run by a couple, and sometimes reviews don’t reflect the full picture. We stayed here for a week and found everything to our liking. "The room was spacious and clean. Daily cleaning staff was exceptional. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Great location within short walking distance to the main square and restaurants. Loved the breakfast with lots of choices and a delightful sun room-like place to eat. Easy parking behind the hotel or on the street. The only thing to be improved was the air conditioning. The portable air conditioner didn’t fully cool the room as much as we would have liked."

"Enchanting property but rooms were average. Older but cozy. No elevator, no in room refrigerator or bottled water, no TV, no AC, no bug screens which were a serious issue given the heat wave and no AC. That said the price was very reasonable and the property is dreamlike so I'm glad to have been a guest."

"This was a last minute booking due to an imminent need to return to UK ( motorcycle trip ) and having done 400km with another 300 to do. Staff v friendly, this is a hotel which supports water sports groups ( mostly young kayakers ), but Dinant is a lovely location. The bar restaurant is another building the other side of the car park, which was open for drinks but kitchen was closed. However around the corner on the waterfront was a fabulous bar/ restaurant with loads of character. The hotel overall was what we wanted, a bed for the night. I was not put off by young people enjoying the water, it was nice to see."
