Hotel dekat Library Pond Park

"Check in was easy. Single king room was nice. However when it was time for bed our a/c unit started making a terrible rattling sound. The phone wouldn’t work to call the front desk. Had to go downstairs to speak to staff — upon speaking to staff, the person behind the counter proceeded to tell my husband that it was just how the compressor sounded when it kicked on. It was a very loud RATTLING — it was NOT normal. Then proceeded to tell my husband that they didn’t have another room on that floor...

"It was strategically located and quiet. Breakfast was simple, however cold scrambled eggs. Other guests were allowed to walk into the breakfast area wearing PJs and looking unkempt."

"Great place, and for what I was there, it was a great location. Hot, fresh, made-to-order breakfast omelets, fried eggs, pancakes, and waffles, plus a breakfast buffet of bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits, and gravy. Hot coffee, juice, cold cereal, and hot oatmeal with the trimmings. Danishes and toast, bagels, pretty much whatever you wanted for breakfast, they had or offered."

"Thank you, friendly staff."

"People allowed into the breakfast area in flip-flops exposing unsightly feet; eggs were cold; coffee fair; door to indoor pool would not unlock during normal hours of operation; front desk noted that only if more wanted to swim, would they call maintenance."

"The hotel was pretty much an ordinary no frills place to shower and sleep. We had a double queen room but unfortunately the bed I slept in was worn out. I literally slept in a body long groove in the mattress. The toilet seat was broke as well."

"I was accused of smoking weed in the room which I don’t smoke and they charged me a fee. Lying to get money from people. Shameful."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The parking was close and well spaced. I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but it looked appetizing and plenty of it."

"Very clean comfortable room. New modernistic style which is very nice. Room was very quiet. The only down side was the view from our window - a very green yucky looking pool."

"The rooms were very clean and bed very comfortable. The staff were particularly helpful and nice. Also, it was great to have a free breakfast that comes with the room. There is a train that runs behind the building and may disturb the sleep of people on that side, but did not bother us. Appreciated the stay!"

"Bright, cheerful young woman checked us in at 10 pm. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was usual food. Ok"
