"Room is clean, staff are good, but far from restaurants area!"

"Comfortable beds, and a good location. Check in and out was easy. We had a room with a spa, but it was just an outdoor bath that looked like a spa, and it was all cracked and dated. Had to fill it ourselves on arrival. The door to the spa area also leaked alot with the rain we had during our stay. If you are after a quiet stay, I would recommend an upstairs room as its quite noisy in the downstairs rooms. Overall not a bad place to stay, but not sure if we will be back."

"Pool not working, looks bad and in dire need of a renovation. Advertising leads you to think there is some sort of thermal pool or something. There is not."

"Overall a charming property with a very spacious room at a good rate. A/C and heating both worked very well. Great location right within walking distance to main dining and shopping area. Couple things to note is there is no elevator at the property but staff was able to assist with bringing luggage up. It is also private entrance to the rooms, like motel style"

"Truly a five-star experience with wonderful views of the lake! Friendly, welcoming and attentive service throughout our stay. Spacious room with very comfortable bed and plenty of amenities. "It's not what I was expecting. The pictures we saw on expedia was very misleading. Around 750 we paid for two nights . We got moldy smelly cupboards two little portable heaters . Moldy curtains .The room was very cold, old looking . We traveled with 3 kids and I didn't feel it was very hygienic. Atleast a heat pump would've been ideal in this winter time . I would've loved a little bottle of milk to start of with as I am a coffee lover . No spa as I was told it has one . We requested for a...

"Great location to everything rooms nice and warm"

"Room was ok, a bit outdated and worn down, however room was clean and beds were comfortable. There were dirty dishes and left over food and rubbish left outside rooms on the ground level when we arrived and were still there when we left the next day. The ground level access into the hotel was pretty untidy so not a very good first impression. Overall we had higher expectations for the price we paid."

"Comfortable room, easy to heat in winter, enjoyed private spa tub that you filled fresh yourself. Kettle, coffee capsule machine and toaster was sufficient for our needs over a weekend. Glad to have a EV charger available"
