"This is a poor-quality hotel. The breakfast is terrible definitely a 1-star experience. The worst part is that this is the only Home2 Suites by Hilton I have stayed at with such a disappointing breakfast; all the other Home2 Suites locations have been excellent.
The elevator was not working, the bathroom was very small, and the mirror had many handprints on it, which made the room feel unclean. Overall, the property appears to be poorly managed. I would not recommend staying here unless...

"Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things.
Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable.
Breakfast was good for what it is."
