The front desk attendant was genuinely kind and welcoming, but he appeared to be working alone, and the hotel could benefit from additional staff. The entrance has stairs, and there was no assistance with luggage. Guests are also required to leave their room key at the front desk whenever they leave...

"We had 4 travelers and our room was a perfect fit. Right across from the beach access. We walked to a nice pizzeria on the corner. Staff was friendly. Room was nice. We had plenty of room. I was very impressed with the blinds!! They were electric and were room darkening. So when we got checked in we were all ready to take a break and rest after traveling all day and night.
