The property is absolutely stunning, the location is amazing, the food is fantastic and the staff is friendly, professional, attentive and incredibly accommodating. This is can’t miss property in Tropea if you find yourself there. Would love to come back."

"Our stay at Kairos Tropea was absolutely wonderful. The property is new, modern, beautifully designed, and immaculate. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, away from the crowded and noisy centro, yet only about a 10-minute walk away. What truly makes Kairos special, though, is the family who runs it. The owners and staff are incredibly hospitable, attentive, warm, and friendly. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. We loved our stay and would absolutely return to Kairos Tropea. Very very highly recommended! We can't wait to return. Regards, Bruno & Luisa"

"This property was very clean. The room has air conditioning that worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the door room did not close well. We had to pull it shut to latch. We paid for ‘sea view’ but the bushes were too high to see any kind of view. Additionally, I forgot to list that it was 3 adults. Despite the room description stating it slept 3 in the room, they made us pay an additional $100 per night for the extra adult. There is no elevator. Only stairs. So if you have a big luggage, be ready to carry it down and up stairs or roll it up the big hill outside. Overall, I was happy with the location. The pool was great, the views from the property was beautiful. The restaurant was very good. One thing to note, they do not provide bottled water. It is all extra charge for the mini fridge. Also, the beach is a micro beach. There was no live music."

"I can definetely recommend this place. Nice modern room with a great bathroom and a beautiful balcony. Close to the main streets. Staff of the afternoon was ok, but not so nice. The lady in the morning was more warm. Breakfast ok with enough options. You are not gonna regret it!"
