"Helt underbar personal som var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma, om allt! Dom var nyfikna på Sverige och ställde många frågor om det mesta, om vårt hemland och allt möjligt. Skulle jag åka till Venedig igen så hade jag nog valt det hotellet då också, för det var inte jätte dyrt 😀"

"Room barely fit the two single beds. Really outdated (as in the 90s would be an upgrade) . Staff was fine but certainly not particularly friendly. Pretty good location and that’s the best part of it. Got a rash on my back, which I can’t think of getting from anywhere else. Really thin sheets. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend. There are better options."

"Location was great with a canal view and a great little restaurant. Pretty close to the Vaporetto Salute stop. Staff was not overly friendly, make sure you buy water for the room. You definitely get the feel of old Venice with this hotel. Stayed 2 nights and that was perfect."

"the air conditioning would not allow you to set the room lower than 23 degrees Celsius which is 73 degrees F. When asking the staff if our AC was broken her response was that it was cold enough. Being that it’s June and peak heat this was very uncomfortable to sleep with. Bathrooms didn’t have any ventilation and did smell musty/moldy. "

"Breakfast was extensive for such a small place. Front desk staff was anazing!!! Appearing shortly after check in with a welcome belini❤️ Liberal use of scented cleaners made the room smell unbearable. Front desk provided a fan very promptly to help. The hotel in under renovation & beside a gym/dance studio. So there is noise during the day if you're in the hotel during the day. My room had a large structural pillar in the middle of the rim making it hard to navigate the space. But the bed, ...

"The staff is amazing… helpful at every return! Adam, our bartender, is such a joy! The property is very nice, well situated in a quiet neighborhood and in beautiful condition. The bathroom is relatively small, but not unexpected. Breakfast offered a lot of variety and mimosas!!!"

"Lovely property and the location is great right next to the beach, 15 mins walk into the town centre and local ports. We hire bikes for the day which was great, the staff really friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend and stay again"
