"The breakfast was not fresh. Only one small coffee was free."

"Location was excellent and cute room decoration. The floor carpet was very dirty. Central Air conditioner was very hot 26 ° Celsius and was controlled by the hotel , The room was really hot it was very hard to sleep in that temperature, plus the awful pillows."

"Location was great with a canal view and a great little restaurant. Pretty close to the Vaporetto Salute stop. Staff was not overly friendly, make sure you buy water for the room. You definitely get the feel of old Venice with this hotel. Stayed 2 nights and that was perfect."

"The property was in a state of disrepair with minor and major issues. From mould in both showers, useless bath, non existent toilet flusher (just a hole in the wall) to exposed wires by the bed. The agent did want to fix things whilst we were there, but the engineer wasn’t sure when he was available that day and wanted to leave the only set of keys with him. We felt it wasn’t a good idea. Apparently, previous reviews mentioned these issues and it looks like the agent/owner are not interested...
