Great hotel with an extremely friendly staff. Close proximity to transportation, food, gelato (that was very important!), and the grand canal. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Venice.

This hotel was the best find! We had the bright room with a view out to the front courtyard and it was spectacular. It was roomy and layout was perfect. The service from the team was wonderful. The amenities were thoughtful and it was convenient to so many central points of interest in and around San Marco Square. Although we didn’t have breakfast there, our friends did and they really enjoyed the variety, quality and taste. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Awesome location, easy drop off / pick up for water taxi. After walking most of Venice I would put this hotel in the "high rent" district, and off the beaten path so not as crowded but plenty of amenities, shops, restaurants close by. Minutes to St. Marks Square/Doge. We stayed in two different room types due to flight cancellations...Classic rooms are VERY small, upgrade if possible that room was very nice/roomy.

We loved the location. In a hidden away area just a quick walk to Saint Mark's Square. Felt safe even at evenings walking to hotel area, and enjoyed the great shops & restaurant selection nearby. Clean, charming room. Top deck was wonderful for drinks. Would highly recommend.

Location was excellent. Nice walk to San Marco. Great access to Vaporetto #1. And just enough off the beaten path that the square outside the hotel didn’t feel crowded even when many other areas in Venice were very busy.
