Great location, using the boats get off at St Maria d Giglio, and you avoid all bridges and only one small step into the lobby. Remember, you are in Venice where space is a premium, some rooms smaller then others, #312 is a good example!

Room was clean and hotel lobby was very nice. Staff were fantastic. Our room was large and bathroom also. Very nice spot! Great location - a bit off the buys oath but close to everything we wanted to see. Recommend for couples. They don’t allow children here which suited us fine.

We were completely satisfied with the hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were one flight up and there are no elevators, so they brought all our luggage up and down. They even took it for us to the water taxi when we left. We definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

The room was excellent and very clean; it was cleaned every day. Everyone was very helpful and assisted us with any questions we had. Check-out was at 11:00 AM, but they were very kind and let us leave our luggage at the hotel until it was time to head to the airport.
