"Our day started awful. No one in the front entrance. I had to climb the stairs to find someone to check in. Too many stairs (not mentioned) before booking. No elevator. When the owners came out I asked them if they could help us with our suitcases. The man said he is not a porter and he doesn’t have porters working for him. Unfortunately I lost my patience with him.
