"We requested a room with two twin beds which they didn’t have at the time so they upgraded us to a sweet that had two rooms each with a queen bed. FREE OF CHARGE. The room was spotless and very spacious with a view of the grand canal. The breakfast hall is breathtaking it really feels like the inside of a palace.Highly recommend this hotel"

"The room was spacious and clean and very indicative of Venice architecture in the surrounding neighbourhood. We were able to get a room for two with an add-on room for additional guest travelling with us. Some other rooms seemed quite unique as they opened up straight into the lobby sitting area where we have breakfast so little strange but it is Venice. If you get a chance to go here to a great location staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. "

"This was a fantastic hotel other than the stairs of death!! ( but it is Venice so they are Everywhere). Building has a fascinating history. A lot of Stairs to get into hotel but once there is very Venetian which is what we were after. Had the family room which was perfect for Four adults. "The accommodations are well kept and in a quiet neighborhood. Was located fairly close to the San Salvestro Vaporetto stop. Breakfast was abundant and served on time to your room. Had a common sitting room outside our room which was great as we were travelling with another couple. As the rooms are small we opted not to get daily cleaning/bed making service. "

"It was incredible in every way. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful & kind & called water taxis for us & answered any questions we had about the area. They made our 2 nights in Venice much easier as I was traveling with my parents who have some Mobility issues. Our private terrace was so picturesque & perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. The attached restaurant was delicious……lasagna & tiramisu 2 nights in a row!! "
