"Nice quaint hotel in a really interesting part of Venice and away from the crowds. We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was easily accessible and well connected via the 'Accedemia' water bus stop nearby. Also easy walking to San Marco and Rialto areas etc. Lots of dining options around. This hotel has an elevator which was a welcome sight. Rooms were clean comfortable and spacious. "From our arrival at the hotel our stay was perfect! We were greeted with a smile and a glass of Prosecco to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The room was airy and spotlessly clean, with two tall windows onto the street. The hotel is near to restaurants and shops, but really quiet at night. It’s also within easy walk of all the sights, museums and churches. I would recommend a stay, and would definitely return to Venice and this hotel."

"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "
