"冷蔵庫に前の客が飲んだ水が残っているペットボトルがあった。 部屋からフロントへの電話は、機械はあったが繋がっておらず、自分の携帯電話でフロントに電話しなければならなかった。 ホテルに出したリクエストに返事が無かったので、リクエストは聞き入れられたと思っていたが、そうでは無かった。客が出したリクエストに回答もしないのは失礼。 安いホテルであれば仕方がないが、この料金を取るホテルのサービスとしては不十分。 ２度と宿泊しない。"

"The only saving grace about this hotel was its location (right on the Rialto bridge). The staff was friendly. You have to make your breakfast choices a day before.
