"Wow what a beautiful property- great location. Our suite was wonderful. It was spacious, beds were comfortable but firm and the bathroom was clean and bright. The staff was so friendly and assisted with all our needs. Arrival by boat was a little treat. Definitely recommend staying here. My husband and I stayed with our two young adult children."

"What a lovely room I had! It was a quad room (#8) with tons of space (2 twins and a sofa bed), I could have hosted a Ballroom dance in there! The room was complete with refrigerator and Nespresso machine (4 pods), and a private bath with nicely sized shower. I enjoyed the quality of the shampoo & shower gel combo (my long hair managed well after using it), it smelled fantastic, good for men and women. "This hotel which oozed character was an excellent find. Close to St Marks Square but situated in a quiet corner of Venice. The staff were all helpful and polite and great at answering all our questions. Breakfasts offered a wide selection of foods and although we never ate our dinner in the hotel it always was busy. Best part was sitting relaxing by the canal in the reception area sipping a cool glass of beer or aperol spritz! I would highly recommend this small hotel."

"This place was one of the best authentic places I've ever stayed. It's built in 1600 and it literally transfers you to old Venetian times. "The place was clean. The location is perfect to see the things that you want to see at Venice however it is very difficult to find the address. We rode to the city even using Maps and it was very hard to find it. It is in an alley, which is most of it about which felt a little shady, but that’s just cause we’re not used to Alley ways. We’re supposed to have a non smoking room groove, but the room smelled so bad of smoke it made me feel ill."
