"Very disappointing stay and definitely not worth the price (around CAD $400 per night).
Check in after 2pm not available. You have to do it yourself. Upstairs is reception and they give basement room to us beside their storage, garbage and air conditioners heat area. Only one room was there which they gave it to us.
The room had a strong unpleasant smell that irritated my wife’s eyes, and it was difficult to get help because staff were often unavailable. The only request I made was for...

"The location of our stay was good and the suite was clean and staff very friendly. We would love to give it 5 stars because the owner, Andrea, made an effort to address our concerns by replacing the bed after the first night which greatly improved our comfort. We had requested to change rooms because there was an annoying noise coming from the laundry room next to ours. Unfortunately, we were unable to move rooms.
The wifi and cell service were poor and the Air
