"The place was spotless, well equipment and very comfortable. Location was excellent and the staff was very helpful. My mum had difficulties to go all the way up the stairs to the second floor where our apartment was located and they changed us to the first floor as soon as they could."

"From our arrival at the hotel our stay was perfect! We were greeted with a smile and a glass of Prosecco to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The room was airy and spotlessly clean, with two tall windows onto the street. The hotel is near to restaurants and shops, but really quiet at night. It’s also within easy walk of all the sights, museums and churches. I would recommend a stay, and would definitely return to Venice and this hotel."

"We loved the experience of staying at Casa Martini. It was a great spot, not far from the train station and close to the Grand Canal. From the moment we arrived, which was earlier than checkin, Alberto graciously welcomed us and was most helpful with information on Venice. "a hidden gem. so close and easy walk to and from the train station. i appreciated the host accommodating our late check in due to airport stopping. laura and mossimo were extremely nice! my kids loved it as well. we had the bottom floor room and we did hear all the walking/talking/suitcase rolling BUT didn’t bother us since we were so tired from traveling. venice is walkable! so even with a family of 4 we walked!"

"The Apartment rooms are very good. It was a 2 bedroom with living room and 1 bath room. The apartment was very clean and neat. They have provided with everything possible that one can ask for. The staff is very helpful and we requested them for early checkin, they told us as soon as they had vacant they will give it to us and they gave. Only drawback is it is 1.30 miles from St. Mark Square. So if one is planning to visit the square everyday then too much to walk. Otherwise everything is around...

"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "
