The room smelled like raw sewage. It was disgusting. Maybe because it's Venice, IDK, but yuk!

Mysigt familjehotell med jättebra läge, smidigt att ta sig till själv från tågstationen. Vilket är skönt för att slippa släpa väskorna i turistgränderna eller lägga dyra pengar på en båttaxi. Jättegod cappuccino till frukost, resten av frukosten är inte jätteenergirik. Halva familjen uppskattade den, men inte den andra halvan.

As áreas comuns são bem antigas, mas o quarto estava ok. A localização é um pouquinho longe da estação de trem… mas mesmo assim fui à pé… deu td certo…

Room although very small for our 2 med carry ons and 2 backpacks, it was clean. staff was friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to stored luggage while room was getting ready. They offered a nice continental breakfast out in the back patio. Cute set up.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a small courtyard just off Crea canal. Room was neat and comfortable with window to small courtyard, it was very pleasant to let in some natural light. The staff were very kind, friendly, outgoing and helpful. The neighborhood (Cannaregio) was especially nice, with many restaurants and canal water bus (vaporetto) available just around the corner, and short walk to Santa Lucia train station. Cannaregio is the best neighborhood to stay in Venice in our opinion - lots to do, easy to get anywhere from here, and quiet at night. Rio Terà S. Leonardo is just a few blocks away, with more restaurants and shopping.

Helpful staff. Location perfect, out off the crowds. Quiet place. Decent breakfast. Hotel with enormous potential but lack a little off work in the rooms. Not disappointed but a little sad,because does have the capacity to be a very good hotel.

Staff are nice and very helpful. Room is big and location is perfect, walking distance to Restaurants and transportations but in a quiet alley. Family friendly. Breakfast are served.

スタッフの方々はとても親切で、場所もとても便利でした。 ホテル自体は古い感じでしたが、物価の高いベネチアではコスパの良い方なのかなという感じです。初日、窓が最初から開いていたことに気が付かず、開けたままで寝てしまい、蚊が数匹入ってきて体中を刺されました。 それ以外は特に問題なく、良い宿泊でした。

This hotel is a small, typical European room. The main selling point is that it is safe, secure, quiet and Nicolo was the most helpful! Set back away from the crowds, we had no problems.

Café da manhã simples, mas feito na hora e Funcionários atenciosos. O que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza do quarto. Tinha teias de aranha e aranhas, e poeira acumulada. Aspecto de sujeira nas paredes e quadros.

Comodo alla stazione, in zona tranquilla e silenziosa, non distante c'è anche un giardino per bambini molto ben attrezzato e con panchine e alberi. La camera era confortevole e completa di tutto il necessario, personale molto gentile e disponibile. L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta molto è che la colazione era solo dolce, niente di salato.

Cà Due Leoni was a fantastic local hotel a short walk from Santa Lucia train station, in the quiet but convenient Cannaregio district (many locals live in this district, so it doesn't have the typical touristy feel whatsoever). We had a very comfortable room, that was ready before normal check-in time. Breakfast was lovely, and we ate in the courtyard. The hosts Vladimiro & Nicolo were excellent. Any question we had was answered with much detail - we had all the directions for the vaporetti (a few minute walk to the 4.1/4.2 and 5.1/5.2), and a handy local map. A special note about the hosts: they recovered our daughter's lost phone from the local police, and just today confirmed they shipped it to our home. We can not express enough gratitude for this - thank you both for your help.

The staff were very nice but the hotel itself is grim. The shower flooded the bathroom and the frame of the bathroom door was extremely rotted. Everything stunk of mould and stale water. Breakfast was awful. There were dead mosquitoes painted onto every surface. Really unpleasant.

Staff were brillaint very friendly and helpful, great location to walk into central venice or the water taxi is just sound the corner, close to the train station. A very special thankyou to all the staff at the hotel for their recommendations and assistance with getting to the hotel from the airprot, if we return to venice we will always pick this hotel. :)
