Overall, a great place to stay. Location was amazing and staff was attentive. The hotel lost points due lack of hot water the first night. However, they were swift to address the problem.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel is well located, very clean, and is easy walking distance of San Marco square and the Grand Canal. Many interesting shops are nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great three nights

Really enjoyed our three nights stay at the hotel. Location was perfect and quiet enough not to be overwhelmed by the number of visitors but close to enough to get about easy. Breakfast just round the corner was good with great coffee.

Cute boutique type room in great location

This hotel was a in a great location. It was about 7 minute walk from the Rialto bridge area which is a bustling area with restaurants, shopping and boats and the water taxi. Beautiful lobby and cute room.

Our stay was great! Check-In was easy. Our room was cozy and clean. We were able to get to hotel via water bus. The location is perfect, we were able to walk easily to stores, restaurants, and museums. We had an amazing time. We had an early flight (6am) and the front desk helps us book a water taxi back to the airport. 10/10 I would definitely stay here again!!

Great location, super friendly staff. I was pleased they spoke Spanish and English as well. I highly recommend using a private water taxi for arrival and departure from the train station, rather than taking a jam packed vaporetto and walking 15 - 20 min with luggage to the hotel.
