I really enjoyed our very short stay there - location is great and it was nice and spacious! For any traveler with mobility issues getting in and out of the shower is tricky with the height of the tub to the floor. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was outstanding in every sense of the word. Clean, modern, surprisingly inexpensive for Venice, centrally located. I would highly recommend staying there if you have the opportunity. One extremely minor point - Google maps shows the location on the other side of the street from the ally - took as a few minutes to figure that out (LOL)!

This place is an absolute pleasure: clean, comfortable, beautiful. The welcome drink was so nice in a beautiful garden. We cooked a couple meals here, well-stocked and very helpful. As said on prior reviews, minutes away from everything. Such a wonderful stay.

Great place, spacious for families, well situated

The apartment was perfect -- nice and spacious, and it had a full-size refrigerator. We were only there a single night, but it was great for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids and situated nicely for touring around Venice in our short trip -- not far from Rialto bridge. I was worried it might be too warm for July, but there were no problems. I would stay again!
