I appreciated the no stairs to the room although the bathtub was challenging for me to maneuver. "Staff was extremely helpful in navigating the city and making arrangements for reservations and transportation. The hotel location is perfect for seeing all the major sites while still giving you a more quiet evening by hotel if needed. The upstairs bar was a nice spot to relax at the end of a busy day - just wish it stayed open later (closed at 9:30) and drink prices were a very pricey."

"Regular service was good and exceptional from breakfast attendee. They do a little "managed free" tour to Murano which is collaborated to certain company that does no tour for island at all. Just a visit to that company and selling, and nothing more than that, no history explanation or even touring the island. They should explain or print out detail explanation for tourist as it is first time visit there."

"The location of our stay was good and the suite was clean and staff very friendly. We would love to give it 5 stars because the owner, Andrea, made an effort to address our concerns by replacing the bed after the first night which greatly improved our comfort. We had requested to change rooms because there was an annoying noise coming from the laundry room next to ours. Unfortunately, we were unable to move rooms. The wifi and cell service were poor and the Air Conditioning wasn’t strong enough...
