"Everything about our stay was easy and convenient! The front desk arranged a private water taxi pick up from the train station. It was a short walk and easy with our bags to the hotel. Andrea was extremely helpful in recommending restaurants and made our stay feel special. We loved our Prosecco on the roof! "

The young lady at the desk helped us to find all we were hoping to check off of our list of things to accomplish. "Great location, very close to some of the main attractions. Very accessible from the train station, via the Vaporetto. We used the hotel as a base to explorer and it was ideal. 4 of use ( 2 adults plus a 13 and 8 year old) shared a spacious room overlooking a canal busy with gondola traffic. The kids loved it. Breakfast good, staff extremely friendly and helpful. "

"Regular service was good and exceptional from breakfast attendee. They do a little "managed free" tour to Murano which is collaborated to certain company that does no tour for island at all. Just a visit to that company and selling, and nothing more than that, no history explanation or even touring the island. They should explain or print out detail explanation for tourist as it is first time visit there."
