"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"We had one of the smallest rooms. It was adequate for our 2 night stay but the bathroom was especially small. Breakfast was a bit chaotic; tables were very close together and at times the staff seemed harried as they tried to get everyone's coffee orders. The afternoon-evening concierge was lovely and helpful but one of the morning concierges was unfriendly."

We didn’t opt to have breakfast as we wanted to go out early and explore but thought the value of €15 was good for a buffet as Venice isn’t cheap. Great location, clean and staff very helpful. "Fantastic location right on the canal by the rialto bridge! It was great being able to walk right out of the room into the heart of the city. Easy access to everything and boat transportation to get in and out for travel. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Great views from the rooftop bar!"
