The hotel is basically a place of 16th century. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is amazing with a lot of gourmet varieties. The staff are very friendly and nice. The hotel is close to the major attractions. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel and everything exceeded my expectation.

Fabulous staf and beautiful room and breakfast. The classic room was more than acceptable. I was afraid it would be too small but there was great space for luggage and the wardrobe was excellent. Loved the robes and slippers. The staff at the bat bar were helpful and friendly

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location for exploring Venice. The breakfast buffet is really good with hot and cold choices as well as pastries, cereals and fruit. The rooms are very spacious and the staff are great. We will stay here the next time we visit Venice.

The quintessential Venetian hotel opulent, all the amenities and extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was so comfortable and cool ( June stay that temps exceeded 95 F during day) we slept til Noon one day! Easy walk to San Marco. Our water taxi brought us right to private dock which made arrival and departure a lovely experience! Thank you Sam and all the staff for taking great care of us! Can’t wait to return soon!

The hotel charged us 2x as much to book a water taxi to the airport as they did for the friends we traveled with. We booked a water taxi for the same number of guests and same amount of luggage. The hotel was lovely but I would avoid booking anything additional with them.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We had two rooms and both were very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful with booking water taxi’s and general questions. Bar was great. Breakfast was great and had lots of options. Good location for being close to the sights and shopping. We had the front two rooms next to the entrance for the water taxi and it could get loud with the boats but ear plugs worked great.
