I thought the photos included an outdoor seating area/bar which it did not after all. There's plenty of outdoor seating close by however. The location was perfect."

"The location of the hotel is great if you are taking vaporetto. The building is new and modern. Breakfast was good, with wide variety of choices. The staff seem short handed, only one front desk was on duty during busy check in/out. When I arrived, the soap/shampoo was empty/not restocked. Staff had limited knowledge of transportation and gave me wrong information (please double check the info for yourself). "
