"Absolutely wonderful hotel"

"I stayed in the hote back on August 2018. We were a party of 4 and rented 2 rooms. The were so spacious and beautiful, we had such a beautiful experience. This time I didn't hesitate a second to reserve a room. I came back to Venice to make my old mother dream come true. I decided to stay at the same hotel. I paid double per night. The room was so small we didn't have space for suitcases had to put them on top of the desk, almost have to walk sideways to go to bed. In my opinion not worth at all the price and I will not come back or recommend the hotel.The staff, was extremely nice, beautiful ambiance, very close to Piazza San Marco, however the room was extremely uncomfortable to be there. The night cost is extremely high for such an uncomfortable room."

"Croissants, preserves, brioche, cheese, ham, salami, yoghurt, coffee, fruit juice and water. Very basic but good coffee. Could’ve done with an egg. "

"The breakfast was great and the hotel was in walking distance from amazing shops and tourist attractions."

"Upon our arrival, there’s no electricity at the hotel so we couldn’t check in properly and had to wait until very late in the day. We even were not allowed to use the hotel toilets at the time. Once we checked in finally, there was no hot water, no wifi. 😭"

"Clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The concierge was genuinely helpful and made everything easy, from recommendations to reservations. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh options. Would definitely stay again."
