"冷蔵庫に前の客が飲んだ水が残っているペットボトルがあった。 部屋からフロントへの電話は、機械はあったが繋がっておらず、自分の携帯電話でフロントに電話しなければならなかった。 ホテルに出したリクエストに返事が無かったので、リクエストは聞き入れられたと思っていたが、そうでは無かった。客が出したリクエストに回答もしないのは失礼。 安いホテルであれば仕方がないが、この料金を取るホテルのサービスとしては不十分。 ２度と宿泊しない。"

"Very old furniture and living room sofa bed wouldn't close. Lots of steps and elevators to get to the room. Great location, very nice breakfast."

"We got kick out from our room by 10.30 am while we said we would like to check out at 12 when we made our payment for the room. The reception said ok, then we got back from our lunch on the next day, and they put our bags out in the corridor, insiting that the check out time is 10.30 am"

The pool areas were so lovely, with really friendly and helpful staff, and the private beach was stunning. All staff in the hotel were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. Particularly Salvatore in the restaurant and Julia in the bar. The food in the Pura restaurant was amazing. Theodor Falser, the Michelin chef introduced himself and sat and chatted for a while. We had a perfect stay. "
